Pre-conference course for HQP offered in Ottawa

CMC is offering two courses for Highly Qualified Personnel (HQP) development in conjunction with its annual scientific conference being held this year in Gatineau, QC from May 23-25, 2012.

The courses are being held in Ottawa but the location has not yet been determined. Notices will be emailed to CMC investigators and HQP when a location has been selected and a registration site is up. Notices will also be posted to the CMC website.

Fostering and advancing education in carbon management at the national level is an important objective of CMC. Carbon management is an emerging field that is not yet part of many post-secondary education programs. CMC programs for HQP development emphasize multidisciplinary training, providing students with knowledge and skills from diverse disciplines.
