Mr. Mitchell has inspired others in helping led ConocoPhillips’ involvement and leadership of the Oil Sands Leadership Initiative.  Prior to his current role, Mr. Mitchell was the Climate Change Manager, Business Development and Strategic Planning for ConocoPhillips.  And previous to working for ConocoPhillips, Mr. Mitchell held numerous executive and senior positions with Alberta Environment and Alberta Department of Energy. Highly regarded in the community, Mr. Mitchell is recipient of the Emerald Award of Excellence, Premier’s Award and Clean 50 2012.

You will be delighted to hear Mr. Mitchell’s presentation, which will include insights on collaboration and innovation when it comes to the challenges of developing the oil sands in a sustainable manner.
